How many sets should you buy?
For most schools we recommend 2 sets of uniform and 2 sets of PE attire per child. Tell us how many children you are buying for.

Know your fabric
We check pattern and stitching accuracy, thread count, GSM, construction and colour fastness. These are the terms you will see, in plain words.
Yarn
Fabric is built from yarn, and the type of yarn shapes how a uniform feels and lasts.
Fabric and weave
The way yarns are woven together decides how a uniform looks, drapes and holds up to washing.
GSM
Grams per square metre. A higher number means a heavier, denser fabric.
Thread count
How many threads sit in a set area of cloth. It affects smoothness and strength.
Construction
How the fabric and garment are put together, including pattern accuracy and stitching.
Colour fastness
How well the colour holds when washed and worn, so uniforms stay looking new.
Questions parents ask
Do I need an appointment to visit the outlet?
Yes. Booking an appointment is required before you visit our retail outlet.
How do I pay?
Online shop: PayNow only. Retail outlet: cash or PayNow. School vouchers can be used at the outlet but not in the online shop.
How many sets do I need?
For most schools we recommend 2 sets of uniform and 2 sets of PE attire.
Can I change or cancel an order?
No amendments or add-ons can be made once payment is received and the order is confirmed. To cancel, email us with your order number and confirmation email; a cancellation fee applies.
What if I receive an incorrect or defective item?
Email us immediately with proof of receipt and proof of the wrong item, and we will replace it as fast as we can. Items must be new, unworn and in original packaging with tags attached; washed, worn, altered or stained items are not eligible for replacement.
My child’s size is not listed. What do I do?
Call us or email us and we will arrange a measuring session.
